Great location, lovely room and helpful staff

다낭여행 마지막날에 8시간정도 머물기 위해 호텔을 찾다가 예약을 했습니다. 금액은 160000동 근데 호텔에 방문했더니 아고다 예약 내용 중간에 2시간에 160000동이고 더 오랜시간을 머물려면 추가 요금을 내야 한다고 작게 적어놨더라고요. 하루에 35만동인데 2시간에 16만동? 그래서 8시간 얘기했더니 25만동을 달라고 합니다. 더 따지고 보면 적은 금액이기는 한데 저렇게 낚시하듯 방문해서 어쩔수 없지 쓰게 만드는게 너무 나쁘다고 생각합니다. 바로 근처에 8시간에 20만동 하는데 있으니깐 저렇게 해서 이 호텔에 방문하게 되거든 다른데 가세요

Photos in agoda is so much different when we got there like the property is brand new but not. No assistance of luggage since you have to use stairs to go up to their hotel. When we get to our room I removed my shoes didnt realize the floor is wet. Shoes and socks got so wet we did not know where the water came from. The fan is so dirty, sink is not clean and so many other things. And there was a big cockroach in the cabinet area when we wake up at 4am. Thank God we saw it after our sleep. We did not use their kettle which is inside the cabinet and their landline also. The good things are the AC is working best, hot water, faucets and the elevator. And the location is best! But Im not going back there, i may want to check in a property with additional cost than sleep here again. We had cover sheets with us incase for this kind of property.. We would really hope that they clean the rooms even if they dont have assistance just make sure the whole room is clean and washrooms bec. That is the only purpose of booking their property.
