It’s honestly the best place we stayed in for the price in Vietnam, great couple escape it feels so romantic and the rooms are all themed with colourful lights and the bed is a circle and the wall is pretty and there are mirrors everywhere it’s cute giant spa overlooking the city! No disturbances! We had a great time, but the room we originally were offered was not clean so they gave us a FREE upgrade! I honestly recomed staying here, but get the best room (it’s worth every cent!)

We booked this last minute coming off transport that finished early in the morning. Good value for money, the AC worked fine and the bed was comfy. Cleanliness was the only issue but we weren’t concerned as we were only staying for a short amount of time. Great for a short stopover!

Not recommended at all due to the extremely low level of hygiene and cleanliness. When I arrived, the room wasn’t even ready: no pillow covers, no blankets, no towels. The layout also doesn’t feel suitable for actual accommodation. The room is already so small, but a bathtub is placed right next to the bed and other furniture, and there’s no separate area for showering. The only way to shower is directly at the bathtub, which causes water to splash all over the room, including our belongings and clean clothes. There is also no door separating the toilet from the bedroom, and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the restroom. On top of that, there were many ants and small cockroaches crawling around, which was absolutely disgusting.

The hotel is nothing like the pictures, it's moldy, smelly and rooms are dirty and not cleaned (dust, stains from previous guests, mold etc). They didn't want to give a refund and tried to offer other room options, but all of them were disgusting. One room has holes and leakage from the ceiling and black mold. So much stress and time wasted to get everything resolved. Not the best first impression of ho chi Minh you want, don't stay here. The lady at the reception tried to help, but the building needs serious renovation and a better cleaner.

This hotel is managed by a very small team — basically a solo receptionist at the front desk and a housekeeping lady — but they handle everything sincerely and efficiently. A special mention to the front office lady who went above and beyond to help me. When I didn’t have Vietnamese Dong (VND) to pay from my airport cab, she kindly lent on my behalf and helped me settle it later. That level of trust and support meant a lot, especially as a foreign traveler. She also assisted in connecting me with a motorbike rental agency and guided me regarding foreign currency exchange, which was very helpful. The only drawback during my stay was the lack of hot water for the shower. Overall, it’s a simple property, but the genuine support and helpful attitude from the staff made the experience positive and memorable.
