I got upper bunk bed and I can’t climb up. So i stayed one night here and asked if there is a lower bunk bed for next day but the staff said none is checking out so my bad luck. But the staff was very helpful in cancelling for the second night because i already booked on agoda for two nights. Everything else is good. Walkable distance to mall Saigon centre, Vincom plaza and many more places

Good location. Excellent restaurants nearby.

It's value for money but the staff isn't good. On my last day I saw a police officer in the reception investigating theft. So you need to stay vigilant for your stuff.

They cancelled my booking. Drove me crazy as well.

Affordable but the room is not that big. The location is still good.
