하노이 오리엔탈 펄 호텔

This hotel was great to stay in. The staff, especially the guy at the front desk, were very helpful and friendly. He went out of his way to try and arrange a trip to Halong Bay for us. The location is perfect for getting around the Old Quarter and into the City Centre. The rooms are basic, but the bed linen was clean and comfortable. The shower could do with a bit of a refresh but it was fine. I would also say the towels could be bigger but I'm nit picking. The air-conditioning worked perfectly. There is a lift for all floors and they will look after your bags if you arrive early before check in like we did. Overall a great experience in a budget travellers hotel. I would stay there again.

Worst environment for stay , noisy place that near the road and the room is so dirty, this is the worst place that I ever stay during my vacation for so long

Stayed here as it is very close to the open 24 hr food street in Hanoi. The room was comfortable and satisfactory for the price paid. Stay here if you only need it to sleep and wash
