The headboard was fake They didnt inform us that the water bottles in the refrigerator was not free because they didnt provide any water bottles. The flush was broken Some pillows did not have a pillowcase on. The sheets were stained. The place is too small and cramped with very few sockets After checking out, a few hours later the lobby attendant lost the key and contacted us for it even though we clearly gave it and they even checked the room using the key. Later on, they found it and apologized. Overall very uncomfortable place to stay in

The bathroom rug was brown not like it was dirt that stayed in the rug. There was no kettle. The wooden floor looked like it hadn’t been mopped for a long time, and it was dusty everywhere. I even had to clean out the fridge because there was water in the freezer. There was also no complimentary water, unlike other hotels with the same price and location.

Its old and not clean properly, dusty and you cannot stay here for long. The good side is the staff are friendly and they can keep your luggage for you while your in Sapa. There's street food and breakfast opposite the hotel, mostly Pho and satay. (Cheap cheap cheap price). Its just a walking distance to train street.

Ang dumi ng hotel. Check in palang sa reception area ang kapal ng alikabok sa sahig. May elevator pero hindi ka halos makahinga sa dumi. Sa loob ng kwarto hindi rin malinis. Puro molds pa yung shower room. Hindi rin sulit sa presyo. Mas maganda bago ibook tingnan muna personally yung hotel kaysa madisappoint kayo.
