Warm welcome, the facilities quite complete for cheap room. Very clean. I have an allergy of dirty/dust and i was fine in all my 6days stay. Very good location. You need to use translate aps to speak with some staff but for me it's fine. The hot water works perfectly, the toilet is clean too. Good job for the owner could maintance the hotel

If you can find the right deal then this place is a great stay. Great location (Many restaurants nearby and Vincom Shopping centre a stroll away) and yet very peaceful in the evening.

Great place to stay if you want to see another part of Hanoi outside of the Old Quarter. There's plenty of good places to eat nearby, but bear in mind that it's not really walking distance to most main spots so you might need to take Grab rides or alternatively rent a motorbike. That being said, Hai Ba Trung is a cool area with lots of places to eat and have great coffee, and the streets are not as dense and intense as the Old Quarter. The room we stayed in was pretty poorly ventilated, and stayed pretty humid, but that is a common problem and on the plus side it meant that we were well protected from the noise on the main street. The room does not have natural light but is a great base for the low price. Although there's not a lot of English spoken, the staff are very helpful at accommodating.

Old and dirty hotel. With possible presence of bed bugs on bed. During the night it’s closed and there is a ring bell to press to wait to get opened (nobody informed us about it and not sign displayed).
