26.04.27I would recommend the motel 8/10.
5 min walk to shops / restaurants and Green Lane Medical Hospital. Staff were lovely and helpful. Bed was so comfortable, the only thing I had trouble was that we had no hot water running so had to call office, this was happened two bookings out of the 3 times I’ve stayed here, it would have been lovely to know you are going to have a hot shower, that was the only disappointment. I was charged $150 on top of my already paid room for the bond, but have yet to be refunded. Otherwise it’s a great place to stay.
26.04.02 Love this place the supervisor is very welcoming and makes you feel so comfortable always asking if we are ok. The special part about this motel is we can have our dog here and she loves staying here just as much as we do. Thank you Frances and your team for looking after us.
26.03.05 Our stay here with our pet dog after his surgery was awesome. We loved everything about staying here. This will be our place whenever we have to travel with pet. Thanks a lot!
26.03.05 Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our room was relatively small but clean and adequately furnished. Bed was wonderful. Facility was quite close to where we had a medical appointment. Would be happy to stay there again.
26.02.26 Amazing customer service from all Staff, i was wanting to stay in the room at the bottom but they were all booked out. Management said they have a room in the middle with a kitchen. I was really happy with that. I still have one more week. Thank you Epsom Motel for your hospitality.
