Clean room. Good shower. Eady access off highway 20. Staff checking in was great.

The toilet, or the plumbing contraption connected to it, made loud, constant racket for the entire three days I stayed in one room. The manager did come to identify the origin of the noise and stated he would send a maintenance person the next day. However, he was a "no show." When I asked a male who manned the front desk to ensure I was assigned a different room for an upcoming stay, he neither apologized nor assured me I would not be required to endure the same issue. Instead, he said "you may be more comfortable elsewhere." This is is same guy who insinuated that I should not be bothered by three loud dogs left in two nearby rooms by their owners. And the same guy who suggested I should not be annoyed by the fact that one week, despite reassurances and hotel advertisements, my room was not ready until well after 3pm. The two other front desk personnel are great - they exceed expectations.

This is my third stay there and I'll go again. I did think I should say that the toilet continues to stop up. They tried several times to fix it but when they gave up, a plumber couldn't come until a weekday. I wish they would have called a plumber more quickly.

Room with card-key, fridge, M/W, and comfy king bed. A pool & basic exercise room. 24/7 many cameras. 4 doors appeared to be unlocked 24/7, poor security. My room, (106), was easily opened with credit card, when not occupied, (deadbolt not engaged). Breakfast was carb, sugar, OJ, coffee, & milk. No eggs or proteins. Cable channels were ok. Bed was nice. Soap, shampoo, & cream rinse was in large pump bottles. Walmart, target, McDonald's, Panda Express, and others nearby. Security, & breakfast were only weaknesses.

In it's price & star status class, this Super-8 hotel was very-good too excellent. My stay was without issue(s). The bed was comfortable, the A/C worked, & the was was hot, very quickly. I noticed that there were four super door entrances without locking, when I used them. The likely 24/7 unlocked door concerned me, (a security issue). An elevator at the center front of building. There were security cameras throughout the three story building. Overall I was very happy with my 7-day stay over Labor Day weekend
