24.06.24Made reservations 2 months in advance. $365 for 5 nights, king room. A week before I called to inquire about getting another room for our grandchildren (16&17) who would be staying 2 nights. Adjoining rooms? No. Ok can I get a room with double beds close to us. Yes no problem ,$400. Yeah, they didn’t even put them on the same floor as us. I asked it we could move to be closer to them. Sure, we have a king suite available, for another $800. I declined. My granddaughter had to come and take a shower in our room because the shower was messed up. First thing my husband said when he walked into our was that it smelled like pee. I thought it smelled like musty mildew. The tub is broken. The exhaust fan rattles loudly. The air conditioner is really loud and rattles. And the upstairs guest sounds like an elephant jumping on the floor every night. No shade at all near the pool so everyone got fried. No dresser to put our clothes in. No replacement cups (coffee & water) from maid service. Found an old wash cloth in the bathroom.
