A hotel with a perfect VFM score, clean & neat. The location can't be better with all activities happening around. Good service levels by staff. Highly responsive owner makes the booking to checkin experience a delight

No elevator tho. Doesnt change towel and doesnt clean trash bins daily

It's located within the old quarter so it's near to almost everything. Our room is on the 4th floor but they don't have an elevator so we have to take the stairs carrying with us our luggages. The room was big, with 2 beds- 1 queen bed and 1 single bed accommodating 3 people. The toilet was okay, they have a heater. But the bed, oh my gosh, we had a hard time sleeping since the bed was so itchy. It surely has bed bugs all over it. Maybe they just change the covers but don't really vacuum it. Though, the staffs are pretty kind and approachable. They even let us borrow their umbrellas when it was raining. But if you value comfort and cleanliness over promixity, I don't recommend you this hotel.

Valie for money is top notch, me and my friends will book here again when we visit Vietnam next time
