Kakegawa Station Hotel

Terrible. The room was reserved as non smoker but had worse smell of smoking room. It’s clearly only for Japanese customers. Paid for breakfast but was only rice and curry, and terrible coffee machine. Place seems be a long time without cleaning. Bathroom is too small even for Japanese standards. The location and free parking on the other side of the street is not worth the hassle. Would not stay in again

location and fee is good. If new or sterilized slippers are provided, much better.

room is not so good. However otherwise are better than average. location is at the rotary of Kagegawa st. parking is near the hotel and free. welcome drink and breakfast is include.

The hotel is immediately outside Kakegawa Station's South Exit which makes it very convenient. The staff are also polite and helpful. However, my hotel room's floor looked as if it had not been vacuumed in years. The extractor fan in my bedroom was also very dusty. Also, while the hotel comes with washing machines, at least one of them was leaking water and another looked as if a bird had pooed on it and the poo had never been cleaned off. The staff were polite and helpful though and you got curry for breakfast, but based on the lack of cleanliness, I cannot recommend this hotel.
