Staff is helpful. They give a non-Smoking room on our request even though we booked the Smoking room. Hotel breakfast is good and refill very often. It is value to stay at here.

We stayed at AB Hotel Sakae for one night and found the majority of our experience to be satisfactory. We slept comfortably, and the breakfast provided was good. The hotel's location is convenient, surrounded by many restaurants, and is approximately a 10 to 15-minute walk from the train station. A particularly helpful service was the ability to store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out. The only drawback was the check-out process. We were late by about 10 minutes, and a staff member called our room and then continued to mention our delay when we reached the lobby. We understand the importance of being on time, but this strict reaction to such a small delay was unusual compared to our other hotel experiences in Japan.

Walking distance to the station, mirai tower, malls, etc. We love our stay. Thank you AB Sakae.

For the price, this is a good option for budget conscious travelers. Room is small, as is usual for Japanese hotels. There was no cleaning during our 4 nights stay. We were provided with change of towels and toiletries upon check-in and just changed it ourselves and left our trash outside the door for them to pick up. We didn't really mind since we weren't particularly messy anyway. Coin laundry available on the first floor, but there was no lock code mechanism. Breakfast was okay for the price. Japanese style breakfast, only few food options. But the food was good.
