We had a wonderful 5days get away. The facilities, the location, available services and statf were all delightfull and above any expectations ! I suspect we will be back for more at the first opportunity. Thank you for an unforgettable time in paradise. Jem and Marc.

I booked a deluxe room with a balcony, but unfortunately, this was misleading because there was no balcony at all. It turns out that only their family room has one. Previously, I stayed in their Piccolo room where the Wi-Fi was extremely poor. I had to go downstairs each time just to connect, and there was no cellular data for my entire stay. The room was made of wood, and since it was raining, it developed a strong damp and woody scent that was uncomfortable. Considering the price range and the fact that the rooms are old, although maintained, it still did not feel worth the price. In El Nido, you can easily find hostels or even luxury hotels for just a little more, and those offer much better comfort and value. Location wise, the resort is also inconvenient. It is far from El Nido town proper, and while it is walkable to Corong Corong beach, the distance makes it less practical unless you specifically want to avoid the crowds. Breakfast was not included in my stay, which was fine, but not even bottled water was provided in the room. I also found the staff to be not very accommodating. When I ate at their restaurant, I had to pick up the menu myself and place the order at the counter. Compared to the service I received at other hotels in El Nido, their staff felt cold and unwelcoming. The most frustrating part was my arrival. The driver dropped me off at their signage, which was placed about 50 meters away from the actual property. The resort itself had no signage at its entrance, which made it confusing to locate. It was raining heavily, most establishments nearby were closed, and I had no one to ask for directions. On top of that, there was no signal in the area, so I could not contact the staff for help. I had already tried calling and messaging their number earlier while I was still in El Nido town proper, but it was not working at all. Standing in the rain with my luggage, unsure where to go, and with no way to reach them, was incredibly frustrating. The only good thing I can say about this resort is that the rooms have Netflix and Prime Video, which is useful if you are stuck indoors during the rain. Other than that, there is very little to appreciate. I would strongly recommend booking another hotel closer to El Nido town. For the same price, you can get accommodations that include breakfast, reliable Wi-Fi, and friendlier service, plus you will save on tricycle fares. Overall, my experience here was disappointing and frustrating, and I do not believe the price justifies what you get. I would rate this hotel 5 out of 10.
