the staff manager Nicole goes above and beyond to accommodate she is personable and professional.The house keeping is always in point providing us with anything we need Deedee is one name i can remember of that staff . She made sure room was clean and refreshed and bed made always no matter when we left our room. Always clean breakfast area.

karla nicole and amanda are exceptional!!!! they all go above and beyond as does the breakfast ladies and housekeeping and the 2 maintenance guys go way out of their way to make things work perfectly. hot-tub was messed up but they promptly fixed it late in evening to accommodate best hotel experience ii have ever had anywhere!!!!! not to mention the friendliness they take the time to spend time talking and making sure that your needs are met!!!

i was overcharged $*** for a night after extending one night. when i brought it to the attention staff karla then manager *** i was argued with and outright made feel like i was lying. i have bank statement to prove and then was lied to about availablity for trying to get it straightened out.
