24.06.21Got a good deal on a two day stay. For the most part it was a pretty good place to stay. I would have given a higher score if I wasn’t so unhappy with the pool hours. It’s closes @6 EVERYDAY except Friday & Saturday. Those days they close it @7. In the summer. It’s not even dark at this time. Not sure why such random hours but horrible in my eyes. If check in is @3. By the time you’re done checking in, finding your room getting everything out of the car, bringing it all in, putting it away, changing & maybe taking a SECOND to relax.. it’s about 4pm. So you have TWO hours OR LESS to swim. For a room that costs well over $100 ESPECIALLY on weekends.. seems a little outrageous to me

24.06.05After accidentally booking a room for the wrong date, I immediately contacted Agoda and the hotel. The Agoda agent was great but unable to reach them. Didn’t answer phone. I called, emailed and submitted online contact message through their website. No reply… ridiculous, and shady.

25.08.17The need to update their fridges had an issue with one the rooms i was able to switch to another room but seemed the other one was an issue with the fridge but didnt they always have them unplugged it should be plugged in before guests arrive

24.12.01Spacious rooms and good parking. The pool was a hit with the kids. Housekeeping kept evertyting tidy. Staff were friendly.
