Staff was really friendly and helpful but first they gave us different room after 2 days they changed to other room which has bathroom very smelly it was from pipeline when I complained they said its because it’s raining other then that all was good 👍🏻

هناك شخص ايضا يدعى اووت وهو كذلك لايفهم وليس لدية خبرة في التعامل مه الزبائن لانة قليل الثقافة والعلم وضعني في موقف محرج حيث انني اخبرتة بأن سوف امدد ليلة ثانية وقال لي حسبنا وعندما علم المسؤال احمد عن هذا الخبر قام ب التحايل والتعصب بحجة ان اظقع لة زيادة فا رفظت بسبب انني حجزت عن طريق موقع اجودا واخبرتة اذا في خلل او حاجة يرجع للموقع وليس للزبون جدا كانت معاملة سئة وجاهزة منهم لا انصح فية اطلاقا

When I arrived, I booked through the Agoda website, and there was a person at the reception named Ahmed. He did not expect the price Agoda had that I took, and he tricked me into paying an additional difference, but I refused. He responded with anger and impoliteness, saying that the price I took was not appropriate for the hotel. I responded to him and told him not to discuss this matter with me. Rather, he discussed the site, and then he attacked me and stood in front of the elevator. Because I could not get to my room, I had to seek help from his company because he was very disrespectful and had no good taste with the customers.
