26.05.26We had such a wonderful stay at Sapa Relax Hotel. The highlight of our experience was definitely the warm hospitality of the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. They made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay.
The hotel itself was clean, cozy, and very relaxing, with a great atmosphere after a long day exploring Sapa. The staff also gave helpful recommendations for nearby attractions, food spots, and transportation, which made our trip even smoother.
If you’re looking for a hotel with genuine hospitality and caring service, I highly recommend staying here. Thank you to the amazing team for making our trip memorable!
26.05.18Was a perfect stay! Unfortunately there was a funeral service right outside the hotel the first night/morning which was so loud but that’s something the hotel couldn’t control but the rest of the nights were great! Good location
26.05.15I stayed at this hotel last January with my friends, and we had such a great experience that I decided to come back again with my family. We just checked out this morning, and overall, the stay was still good. The reception staff were calm, polite, and very helpful throughout our stay.
However, we had an issue during checkout regarding the bottled water inside the fridge. Before using it, I specifically asked the receptionist if it was complimentary because we did not want to touch anything without clarification. We were told it was free, so we used it. But during checkout, we were suddenly charged for it.
I calmly explained the situation, but what disappointed me was how the manager handled it. Instead of responding professionally, he seemed irritated and spoke rudely while saying he would just make it free. As a manager, I believe it’s important to remain calm and respectful when handling guest concerns.
Aside from this incident, we still appreciated the hotel and the kindness of the other staff. I just hope management can address situations like this better in the future.
