23.10.19Sheraton Istanbul city center was the the first hotel I stayed in during my honeymoon. The facilities are outstanding and the staff is super friendly. My stay there was nothing Short of outstanding.

23.01.21 Thank you for the good treatment of the staff with the customer.....and please look into the issue of the non-refundable insurance so far. 3000 pounds have been deducted from my card, and 600 pounds have been taken from Vale Parken, and the remaining 2400 pounds in the account have not been refunded. Please follow up on the issue kindly....
22.11.10 The ambience, cleanliness, staff , service everything stands out and represent brand "sheraton". The location is off beat but hourly shuttle from Hotel to Taksim Square makes life easy.
The breakfast was usual with wide continental/turkish spread.
The executive club rooms shown in the picture are slightly small in reality. We had access to executive lounge , they had basic spread of refreshments with tea/coffee, beer and wine.
The check in/check out was smooth and staff was courteous. The toiletries provided were good and sufficient and any missing item was delivered promptly upon calling room service.
Overall it is gr8 experience.
