Staff ignore message requests through the website and the email provided is out of service. The man who was working behind the desk was completely rude screaming at guests, ignored our request then sarcastically apologised and was insulting, raising his voice and acting like a toddler embarrassing. Never experienced a service like this disgrace!The room we had was dirty, huge blood stains for whatever reason on the bed sheets. AC did not work the room was freezing and half empty used condiments in the bathroom. Terrible place I would not recommend even for the cheap price. Disgusting behavior and a sad excuse for a manager. Stay away and pay that little extra avoid this filth

You will not have your room cleaned. Some times air con didn't work, very steep hills to get to the main attractions. Will not book this again for sure.
