26.05.10Had a tatami room with a western bed. Confortable. More Like a hostel, with shared bath and bathroom. No clerk to check us in but received combination to a locked box for the key to the room. Close to Nish Shinjuku station. Very reasonable rates

26.04.24 Ryokan is located closely to the Oedo line and within proximity of many convenience and a few 24/7 restaurants, making it a great temporary lodging for a quick recharge before heading out. However the accommodation does not seem to be properly maintained but likely due to the high turnover. The rooms and windows were dusty. The air conditioner and filters are saturated with dust - definitely not great prone to allergies.
26.04.16 Nice place with minimal amenities. The location is a little far (10mins walk) but not a bummer. The worst part is that since no staff is there sometimes washrooms and bath are not cleaned after use. As the bathrooms and toilets are shared the responsibility of everyone is required, but of course not everyone has the same responsibility
