The hotel was clean, the staff super friendly and the food AMAZING. Their bar also had a craft beer on tap which was impressive for a small hotel. There isn't much to do in Saldahna, but we enjoyed lounging in the hotel, and it would have been even nicer if the weather was better. Pool is not enclosed so be careful if you little ones that aren't swim safe.

When I first got to my room, it was rather disappointing and not up to standard. And this time around, I chose a room that was more expensive & supposed to be more superior than the ones I usually occupy. The annoying, noisy aircon was also out of working order. The one sliding door also couldn’t open. Not good for the facility because with my next booking I will consider more carefully before booking. Having said this, I did report to the reception and Claudine sorted me out with a beautiful, spacious room. So all was good. Thanks

The staff were very friendly & polite, the only challenge is the parking & the fact that there are no lifts which means it is not make provision for disabled people.
