This is a good spot. Its a walking distance in kata beach and they also have restaurant so no worries for your breakfast,lunch and dinner.

The location is great, 5 min walk to the beach and plenty of local restaurants and markets within 10mins, my only issue was the tiny windows in my room, and I was provided a lesser room than what I had paid for. Rooms other than the balcony view (on looking the smokers area) rooms, the rooms were incredibly dark. There other people staying were also unkind and obnoxious, which retracted from the experience. The cleaning woman was incredibly kind and went above and beyond. It is obviously a budget stay, but the staff are impeccable!

Really dingy place it's filled with mosquitoes and the toilet was not even cleaned! I opened it and almost threw up. Not sure if they ever clean the room. We did not stay here. The owner was kind enough to refund

In pictures they show big windows in reality it is very small and looking to a bad wall. I left pictures. The room is smelling moisture and old. I don’t recommend to stay anyone.
