24.09.17 They have 6 cats locked up in cages in the back, you can hear them cry all night long, and during the day as well. Sometimes during the day I noticed no water in their bowls, and they cry even louder when they haven't been fed. When you walk up to their cages, they crave attention, and get all excited to see someone, there probably just praying I would let them out. It was really upsetting to someone neglect and mistreat 6 cats like this. When I mentioned to the meowing at night when trying to sleep, the lady informed me they are never let out and that they are use to the cage. I've never been so disappointed in a hotel/homestay before, this one really went above and beyond.
