I have stay at this hotel a few times. The staff is very friendly and its always clean

I was staying in rose in on 3 of April 2026 With my sister and her kids We book 2 room. We was chek in early around 1130 am And after checking in, we went out for whole day, when returning around 9 pm, and I can’t get in into my room. We went downstairs and they staff saying we enter the wrong room, but I’m sure we were not. Went the staff checked to the room they saying is our room, the room was empty And when we say our belonging is in the other room . When they open our room where our belonging, someone else as well been living there . I don’t feel safe If the staff is un aware And they let others guess given the same room

The staff were great and room clean but thats all I could say positive about this property. It is quite old and appears they do not update anything.

Mosthly Ros In ao comfortable

The hotel look nice on the outside but need some work on the inside. Room quite big but need some update and maintainance. Breakfast need more variations.
