Great hotel, great location, and very good service.

Staff are exceptionally nice and accomodating. The reception area are clean and smell good but the light is dim. The room is good it is spacious, the kitchen appliances and utensils are in good condition. The floor is dirty was not properly cleaned or mop, kids when they removed thier shoes and walked around with thier barefoot thier feet were very dirty and black, there were some garbage tissue when we open the curtain. The AC in the room smell very awful. Swimming pool is very cold no heater, there were limited supply of towel we were given only 3 towel instead of giving us 5. Pool surrounding area was not so good.
