I booked a room and paid for it through an app. When I got there an elderly woman that shouldn't be working told me that "the computer kicked out my booking" I had the completed transaction pulled up on my phone and showed her. then lied again and told me I had to have a card on file. Without my permission she then charged 80$ and change for a room I already paid for. That's theft
