Good location, friendly and very helpful staff, clean.

Old (bad) repainted furns...bed base had overlap missing boards. Newly acquired property still under overhaul. Good note is the great but expensive bakery nearby. Quite a walk from train, just don't do it under sun & rain. Basic joint.

Had to stay for one night in Bkk for an appmt. Property is under construction on most floors, dusty, nightmare for parking, no signs as hotel in located in a small cul-de-sac in front of traffic lights. No lift. Constant traffic and construction noise thru the day. Price may be a little cheaper but had i known I would have chosen someplace else. The one lady who functions as maid/receptionist/parking attendant works very hard and tries her best to please.

I wanted a budget room for one night in this area , and it was perfect for that . Nothing fancy, but bed was comfortable, air con worked and was quiet , shower was clean water pressure was good , overall I would recommend 39 Living if you need a budget stay in that area👍
