26.01.27Great location and clean rooms
24.10.27 Called to confirm stay, the staff were rude and disrespectful. Got to the room, linen was dirty, bathroom could barely get into as the toilet was right on top of the door. The room smelled horrible. As we were evacuating Hurricane Milton, the long drive is the only reason I even stayed that night as I was totally exhausted, got there about 2 am! We checked out that same morning and went to a different hotel.

24.09.25 The office was so horrible I was coughing it took my breath away. The air conditioner wouldn't let me change the temp the first night and took messing with it to get it to actually work. The customer service was horrible and very rude. Very unhappy with my stay. The hallway stunk too.
22.10.02 We booked here because of indoor pool for our 3 year old. Got there and pool was cold as ice. Room was clean but run down. Hole in ceiling, wall, shower curtain. The manager was not even going to talk about a refund even for the 2nd night and was super rude about everything. so we were stuck there. It smelled of weed inside and out. The pillow cases were stained with who knows what something red looking. Just
