The room is well-designed, it's spacious for one person with pretty much everything you need. All the staff were super helpful and attentive, especially since I encountered a few problems during my stay. When I was about to check out, the elevator was broken and one of the staff helped me carry my big luggage from the 5th floor. It's not really in the central, but you can take the public bus to get to some of the best attractions in Novi Sad. Unfortunately, I also arrived during the protests so none of the public bus operated. Overall, this is a great option for those looking for budget-friendly accommodation in Novi Sad. Highly recommended!
