I book the hotel and Mr.Joe upgrade my room. It was very nice of him. I like to thanks Mr.Joe to help me . I always come to Wyomissing for business purposes. I want to stay in this hotel again where like Mr.Joe help customer.

I never got to stay due to being in an accident and having a concussion. I opted to cancel and was told I could submit a reason why and it would be reviewed. Well, after I submitted proof of medical info, I was told I wouldn't get a refund cause of the booking. Why offer me an option when you have your mind made up of no reimbursement. The manager contradicted himself so bad to the point I was calling him out on it and he tried to manipulate me and say I didn't have to submit any proof of medical care when the facility specifically asked for it. I'm tired of these places robbing people especially in this day in time!

I booked from 7/24 -7/26, didn't get in until 7/25, was told my room was given away, but not to worry, I got an upgrade, but that was after I called letting the staff know my whereabouts at 2am. I was told to be there before 4am, and that I used a credit card that wouldn't process 3xs. I attended my aunt's funeral, went back to the hotel to find there was no electricity. It was so hot that day and it had stormed pretty bad. I was never contacted, offered any reimbursement, free room, or hotel stay anywhere else (management said they contacted me, but had no idea what I wanted to... they never contacted me). I left the hotel and called at about 12am (7/26) to see if the electricity was back on, I was answered with a rude yes smh. I had a flight to catch that day, and I was so tired to even go talk to management, I decided to connect corporate. Once I brought up my complaint to corporate, management told corporate they tried to reach me, that they offered me to stay somewhere else, and that talked to my family who also had stayed there. Why would they talk to my family is beyond me since they were in another room, had no idea we were at the same place until after the electricity was out, and simply because I paid for my room! They fabricated to make it look like they tried to help me which they didn't. Most of their customers live at the property so alot of them didn't complain, but whatever anyone else chose was none of my business. I chose this property since where I normally go was full, and this was close to St. John, on S. 7th st in Reading, Pa. I traveled from Atlanta, to Philly, then Reading, Pa., I was exhausted from the trip, the front desk lady that am of the 25th being so rude, and the funeral, to then return to a dark hallway, dark room, being alone on the 1st floor, and near an exit where there was a gazebo and men hanging outside at. I understand things happening out of one's control, but when management doesn't try a single thing to maintain decency and integrity, I have a problem with that. I'm still waiting for them to reply back, and this is my 2nd attempt.
