Very difficult to find the place. The names are confusing: The name in Agoda is Hecco Deluxe while the name at the entrance is City View Deluxe. And no hint anywhere that the reception is on 9th floor. It was quite a challenge to find that out. The rooms are nice and spacious but with some issues, such as the shower flooded and the light switch fell off. Helpful staff.

The only good things were locations and view from the window. The higyene was really bad- the towels were dirty so we asked for new ones, also we found dirty socks from someone who was there before us. 🥴 The lights didn’t work, but the worst thing was that the air condition didn’t work (it was winter time) and they didn’t solve that problem. Wouldn’t recommend at all, plus the price is too high for this poor conditions.
