The hotel was located quiet strategic.. however whenever you get a taxi to drive you back or pick you up the place is always differently. Might not be suitable for people with elderly parents. The wifi is so slow almost nonexistent. Unless you speak to the receptionist then they will put the internet modem near your room. However, the room in general is good enough to rest, clean and toilet works fine.

Nothing to complain at all about this place. Clean, well organised and the receptionist was super helpful (just use google translate rather than force it in English). The only thing that could make a stay there is your luck with what roommates you get. Whole week was fine until the last day when an angry roommate moved in and started screaming in the night and morning and whenever people talk in the room. So this hostel is 👍 accessibility near to a major shopping Center helps a lot

It was a challenge to look for this place by google map. Luckily the room was clean & spacious (queen bed size) with attached toilet. Love it! The shared kitchen area was clean. We enjoyed having breakfast there. Only the next day, we realised there was a stain on bedsheet seems like a kid's poop which was cleaned but the color remained. That side was folded inside. Hope they will not use it for any customer in the future

It was more than decent stay with good supportive staff. The rooms. Bunk Bed were more than better. Clean washrooms and best is the location. Dostyk street is full of vibrancy, Malls and retreatants with great crowd. PS: The check out time is not flexible at all no matter what.

: The rooms were nice and comfortable. The location was perfect—close to cafes, restaurants, and Dostyk Plaza. The price was very affordable. Highly recommended
