Overall, a fairy good value hotel. There were several facilities, like a small gym, a games room, while the room I had was large and had well-placed lighting and power switches by the bed. However, most of the hotel was somewhat dark and gloomy, even on the dank side, while public spaces were cluttered and fairly messy, most having seen better days. For me personally, the worst was the attitude of one of the receptionists. In a country very it is hard to find people that are not very courteous, the receptionist seemed to go out of her way to be rude and unhelpful. While her inability to speak English may have potentially been embarassing to her, to never respond to a greeting or smile or even try to answer a query with more than an annoyed grunt made me angry.

ห้อง 2 ห้องนอน พัก 3 ท่านกำลังดี แชร์ห้องนำ้ 1 ห้อง ในห้องนอนใหญ่ ประตูห้องนอน เป็นแบบ บานพับ บางๆ มีระเบียงเล็กๆด้านนอก สบู่แชมพู พักเป็นกลุ่ม3ม่าน แต่มีเตรียมไว้ให้แค่2ท่าน ควรเตรียมให้ครบจำนวนคน เตียงในห้องนอนเล็ก เป็นแบบเบาะยาง ผ้าปูที่นอนบางมาก ควรใส่ผ้ารองกันเปื้อนที่นอนขนาดเล็กด้วย น่าจะนอนสบายขึ้นได้ พนักงานต้อนรับและแม่บ้านในอาคาร ช่วยเหลือดี เรื่องความสะอาดในห้องพัก ควรทำให้ละเอียดกว่านี้ ห้องนำ้มีคราบตามรอยต่อผนัง ยาแนวพื้นต่างๆ มีฝุ่นใต้เตียง ทำยังไม่ค่อยเรียบร้อย ถ้าสะอาดกว่านี้จะเยี่ยมมาก Location ตรงถนนใหญ่ มีรถสองแถวผ่าน สามารถนั่งไปต่อรถสาธารณะ เช่นรถเมล์ หรือMRT ได้ นั่ง taxi ก็ไม่แพง

The air conditioner is very dirty in the room and I got an upper respiratory infection in just one night. Literally, you can see the dirt coming out of the AC which is super disgusting. Also, the staff was ridiculous, once (a female) pretended as if my friend didn't know abt the 300 baht deposit before I went downstairs to ask for the money. Another time, they promised to return the deposit when I returned another key to them (cuz I forgot it at my friend’s place in downtown bkk and I would bring it back the next day). How dare they refuse to return the money for me? Very unbelievable experience and would not recommend again.

A 500 THB deposit was collected and described as a key card deposit. One key card was provided and returned at check-out. The full deposit was withheld due to two small stains on the mattress. No written policy or prior notice stated that the deposit could be used for cleaning fees. No cost breakdown was provided. Underground parking is available with a barrier gate, but no key card or access device is given to guests. Entry is possible, but exiting requires staff assistance. At departure, I waited more than 10 minutes for staff to open the parking gate. The room includes a kitchen area with a refrigerator and sink, but no microwave is provided. There is no in-room telephone to contact the front desk or operator, requiring guests to go to reception for requests. Basic amenities such as a toothbrush and toothpaste are not provided.
