The place is clean enough to be a good value but there's not much in the way of amenities. If you need to be close to Chiang Mai Ram Hospital, it's a good value. Food options at and very near this hotel are few, but you're only a 30 baht songtaew ride from the Maya Shopping Mall in one direction and Jok Sompet restaurant in the other, which is where I took breakfast every day of my stay.

The hotel has been renewed a bit. Room on the 10th floor was big enough and confortable. Breakfast basic and can be avoided. Hotel just beside the Chiang Mai Ram hospital which is can be very convenient. Big roads in front and left of the hotel which can be noisy. Breakfast room inside old, furniture too, which make it gloomy.

WiFi system is no good within our 7day stay.

Room quite small for a family. Decent amenities. Location not great for a walk in old city.
