No AC under 32 degree celcius with over 80% humidity. Staff at check in counter did not provide any fan in advance even with broken AC. No one can truely help us at night. Air is stuffy, windows couldnt be opened. It’s real hell inside the room. I paid over ***USD per night with such horrible experience. Not even a compensation drink provided for customers, totally not acceptable for a service apartment located in Central in HK CDB.

The location was perfect and the staff were exceptionally helpful, making the stay very enjoyable. The facilities, including hot water and bathroom amenities, were top-notch and contributed to a comfortable experience. Cleanliness was impeccable throughout, and the view added a nice touch to the overall atmosphere. Definitely good value for money.
