I booked the jacuzzi room online and when I got there the guy said it was like literally almost $100 more and I paid in cash and there was no record of me ever being there when I called the hotel group to complain the guy put the money in his pocket and the room was disgustingly filthy. It was supposed to be $*** out the door and he charged me $***and tried to charge me another hundred on top of it and all went in his pocket. They are shady scumbags and then the hotel group choice couldn't even help me because there was no record of me even staying there

Someone tried to break into my room 3/4 am staring through my window watching me and my boyfriend and my boyfriend chased the man away . Hotel staff really didn’t do much and also when we checked in the hotel room had no linens for showering at all and this room was the 4th room given to us because other 3 rooms had no heat that worked or knobs for the heat

Everything was fine the breakfast sucked compared to when first started going few years ago . Now they give u an apple nutrigrain bar and there’s no more coffee makers in room barely had towels in the room . We were offered 2 rooms before we got a better room both rooms had no heat or knobs for the heat and 3/4 am in the morning someone was posted out staring into my window trying to break into my room my boyfriend had to chase them away and I callled front desk but they didn’t really do much .

The hotel condition was terrible — I wouldn’t let my family stay here even for an hour. It looked poorly maintained, and the lobby had a very unpleasant smell. When we checked the room, the door wouldn’t even open. The overall environment felt unsafe. We decided to leave immediately and booked another hotel nearby.
