The only thing i could complain about would be trying to reach the front desk after hours when trying to check in late which is somewhat understandable & the other is the beds in every room on use a bottom sheet and not a top sheet, it's body to blanket and i personally think this is absolutely disgusting and gross, i know they are not washing every comforter every day! A lot of hotels are doing this and it's gross and cheap lazy crap- it's no different with protecting customers or clients from lice, scabies bed bugs or any other crap that gets brought into the rooms customers stay in- keep it clean- they pay someone to clean it comes down to cheap and lazy.

23.01.23 It served its purpose for me. I stayed there for three days when I arrived in Phuket. Good location close to the round about. Bed was comfortable, aircon was good, bathroom was typical thai shower bathroom. Toilet could have been cleaner but over all room was good. Try to not get one on the end side of the soi. Soi dogs will bark frequently and the rosters will get you in the morning. Staff was great, very friendly and helpful.
