The hotel looked mediocre. And room looked old. Everything was bearable until the next day we went for breakfast. There were no free tables. No one to clean up. No one to replace cups or hot milk/coffee. it was understaffed with barely just one person. The other person had more important things to do while we asked for help. Very poor hospitality and service. Didn’t even do room service when we called up and asked a bottle of water. They gave lame excuses and kept connecting to other extensions. We came as a family after seeing the spacious rooms in those pics online. The price and rooms were the only plus point. Apart from that there’s nothing to point out. So please remove this hotel from Agoda recommendations!!

I had to wait more the 30 min just to check if they have a booking for me. Because when I went to reception with my booking reference they told me they don't have reservations under my name. Then I had to share all information and had to wait wait to get my room. I reached hotel already late after 7pm.
