Good but more facilities like boats

We were treated so poorly on arrival with young children and elderly parent. They charged us extra due to their poor ability to communicate about fees and facilities. Possible that it’s an organised scam

I am writing to formally report a health issue I am currently experiencing following my dinner at Steigenberger Golf Resort El Gouna. After having dinner at the hotel, I started to suffer from severe abdominal pain accompanied by other symptoms such as headache, diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting. I strongly believe that these symptoms are related to the food I consumed during dinner. The meal consisted of charcoal-grilled chicken and meat. Unfortunately, the chicken was not properly cooked (undercooked), which I believe caused food poisoning symptoms shortly after the meal. At the moment, I am still experiencing sharp abdominal pain and significant discomfort, including nausea and vomiting, which has seriously affected my well-being. I wanted to bring this matter to your attention as it represents a serious health and food safety concern that should be addressed promptly to prevent similar incidents for other guests.
