This resort is located on moon if we consider Siem Reap downtown as earth. It is located at a very isolated place where it’s difficult to get public commutation facilities. Though they are good human being, the staff needs hospitality training. It’s difficult to find people in restaurant and front desk during early and late hours. Barring couple of them staff don’t know English. Advance intimation about specific need doesn’t help, you have to wait till the staff attend you. Rooms are not designed properly and they are not well ventilated. All in all, this facility doesn’t give you value for money and it is not commutation friendly.

This is a place that really looks great on photos but in reality it's a very different place. Let's start with the positive... The rooms are really nice, beds are comfortable, you have plenty of space and it's quite... We'll, as quite as it can be in the countryside... And that's about it. Everything goes downhill from there. There are pictures of a kids playground, but that's been gone for some time. There's pictures of a spa, but that's been reduced to puddles of pond water. There's a breakfast included, but iæeven if you are there the moment they open at 7,the food is as cold as if it had just come out of the fridge and a staff where one of them were able to carry a longer conversation but the rest had no idea what English is. This is a real shame, because the kitchen staff clearly know how to cook but have no idea of how to use the burners at breakfast to keep food warm. The bungalow had a really nice kitchen with a gas stove, but to gas attached. We had a nice walmounted TV without any cables or electricity attached... And several of the other guests told very similar stories. There are some great building blocks for future success, but they are pretty far from that goal at this moment.

Pros: It's quiet...I only saw one couple one time while I was there. The rooms are very nice. The staff is very friendly Cons: The staff is very limited in their English It's very far from the attractions so most of the tours will not pick you up. Breakfast doesn't start until 7 and they don't keep all the items stocked. The hot tubs are out of order. The hotel needs to be updated there were several areas in need of repair. The hot water does not run for very long.
