Great location and great staff

Been staying there on and off now a few times, and each time it's been exactly what one needs for a stay. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Cash and the others honestly are just good people and attentive. Right off interstate and nice rooms. Room service is exceptional as well. Thanks for a great stay

Not great- bed wasn’t comfortable, pillows were lumpy, and room felt dingy. Exhaust fan in the bathroom as dying a long, slow, and very loud death. Lots of noise from outside could be heard. Got the job done for a night, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially cash, as he is the one I dealt with both check ins. Room was remodeled and bed was comfy. Great location right off the interstate. Have some trips planned because of an upcoming move to the area. Will be staying again. Thank you so much.

I recently booked a room for 3 nights here. Upon check-in, the room that was supposed to be given to us was not available, so the guy at the reception desk had to investigate as to why it wasn’t available. He quickly switched us to another room and handed me the keys. He was nice. When we went down to our room, there were some questionable-looking cars in the parking lot. I didn’t feel safe leaving the trunk open for even a minute even though we were parked near our room door. I had a feeling I needed to check for bed bugs before we settled in, so we looked around the mattresses and box springs. There was dust, dirt and dead bugs all under the top mattress, including a bed bug! There was dirt, crumbs, and all kinds of things, including a cough drop, along the edges of the carpet and behind the lamp stand. I didn’t want to spend another minute in the room! When I went to try to check out so we could go to another hotel, the reception guy told me that since I had booked through another party, I would have to call them, then they would have to call the motel, then I might get my money back, but it would be a long process. I was fine with that because I didn’t want to stay in a room with bed bugs. I called Agoda and it was difficult to understand the lady I was talking to, but she was kind. Agoda has still not gotten a hold of the manager at the Super 8 motel, and it has been almost 4 days now. I will not be recommending this motel to anyone.
