When I was originally selecting my hotel for an early morning flight, I saw this option which was low cost and provided the shuttle I required for my early morning flight the next morning. Before booking, I called to confirm the shuttle.
When I arrived, I was informed that the shuttle was not available and that I'd need to find another option. Additionally, I needed to find a place to park my car for my short trip- despite the empty parking lot. I was really disappointed as I had confirmed all of these things before I booked and then was not informed things changed.
Certainly will not stay again.
