The location is great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.
We waited almost 15 minutes to check in, once we finally got someone, a man came out of the back half asleep. The place looked gross. I would like a refund IMMEDIATELY
The staff is very helpful and friendly welcoming courteous environment, although my room is small it's very comfortable, clean and cozy. Very cozy since I am traveling alone. The room is every bit of stocked with every single thing that I would need including an ironing board, mini fridge and microwave blow dryer the bathroom is spacious with a clean bathtub and up to date fixtures and furniture. It's more comfortable then other hotels and I am sure that I can walk barefoot on the carpet or drop my shirt on the floor and not have to worry about it being stained or getting dirty. I was pleasantly surprised and very much loved the cozy room.
I didn't like the 2 room suite only had air-condition in living room. I didn't like that I wasn't told that all the ice machines were broken.I also wasn't told the washing machines were not working until after my money was taken.
Honestly we stayed in a suite it was clean and was just aged but the entire time we just got a creepy vibe the hotel felt like a maze and areas that were closed off because of vacancy. The is hotel felt straight out of a horror movie. But can’t complain because nothing happened. 5/7 would maybe stay there again.
