The staff was rude at check in. They tried to charge a pet fee and I told them I didn't have any pets. They acted as if I was lying to them. After checking in we figured out the air-conditioning didn't work properly and only had one setting that would blow cold air. And it was on high so the room was very cold. When I woke up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night the bathroom floor and bathtub were crawling with roaches. I was disgusted and packed up to leave before the sun come up. I would never stay here again. And I plan to tell everyone I know not to stay there either!!!!
