Location is great as most of the attractions are within walking distance away

Staff was very friendly & welcoming. They made the experience beautiful. Stayed here couple of times in my stay in Vietnam. Rooms were decent, not very small nor big but that’s what you get in old quarters. Location is too good, very close to hoan kiem lake, so got to walk there everyday in my stay.

The location of this hotel is excellent, it is very close to many landmarks and popular restaurants and food joints. The hotel is a tad old, but the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. We had a little of a mix up with our laundry taking a bit longer due to the rainy weather, but the staff were very apologetic regarding the situation and delivered the finished laundry to our room. We would definitely recommend this hotel even for the location alone it is worth it.

Average hotel, premium price. Housekeeping didn't change sheets, the double room is very small (japanese size), and the location doesn't allow for taxis.

The property is very well located in the city centre. Staff is super friendly and helful. Variety of vegetarian options. Ventilation is not great.. Highly recommended!
