I stayed overnight with my 2 cats as I was traveling across the country in my rental car. The requested pet money was reasonable and less than at other places. Both of my concierges were very sweet and easy to talk to. One even helped me when my cat hid himself beneath the box spring! The facilities are in flux, as the building is older and requires ongoing maintenance. I could see recent improvements everywhere. My room was charming, the conference room and lobby were beautiful, and the parking lot was well-kept. My room was also pre-warmed, which was highly appreciated! And of course the turrets on the building were so cute! Many thanks!
