26.05.11Although this hotel isn't luxurious, it is reasonably priced for Victoria Falls. The staff were helpful and friendly and the food was tasty and well presented. The bed was comfortable and the room, in the original building, was spacious. The more recently built wing has small rooms. The shower, although hot, has a pitiful trickle of water, which was frustrating. However, it was a short walk from the little shopping centre and supermarket. We felt safe and enjoyed our stay.
26.05.06We stayed here for 4 nights and it was perfect! Very affordable, the rooms were spacious and gorgeously decorated, the hotel and swim up bar was so cool, and the grounds are beautiful. The front desk staff were very helpful and accomodating and having the booking agents in the lobby made the trip seemless. It's also within walking distance of the falls and town so that made everything really easy to get around too.
My only critique is one morning we had to do breakfast at the hotel before an early morning safari and it was ridiculously expensive! I wouldn't pay that much for a continental breakfast in the states (like La Quinta quality for Hilton cost).
Even with that drawback, which was annoying, this hotel was wonderful for all the other reasons above so I'd still highly reccomend it!!
26.05.04Beautiful hotel and centrally located. Dinner menu was affordable eventhough they did not some of the menu items available. I guess it is seasonal
26.04.30The rooms are clean and neat. The hot water is not constant in the shower. Skip the breakfast.
26.04.17The hotel is quite clean and the staff was amazing. Very helpful. Camillo and Wilson were great ! Unfortunately my shower was blocked and there was no other rooms. In the 3 days I spent there, I never had any hot water to shower which was disappointing considering how much I paid for the hotel.
