This was the highlight 3 nights in Vietnam, lodge was so welcoming and wonderful staff and rooms . Mai Chau is a very special place.

위치가 좋아 아침 일찍 맛있는 조식을 먹고 무료 자전거를 타며 마을을 여유롭게 돌아다닐 수 있었어요. 😊 직원분들은 아침부터 부지런히 호텔을 관리하시고, 매일 친절하게 대해주셨습니다. 특히 매니저님이 정말 인상적이었어요! 👍 평일에는 조용하고 한적해서 편안하게 쉬기 좋았고, 주말에는 주변이 활기차고 북적여 또 다른 분위기를 느낄 수 있었습니다. 토요일 저녁 레스토랑에서 열린 전통 민속공연과 아침 일찍 다녀온 소규모 선데이 마켓도 좋은 추억이 되었어요. 매일 깔끔하게 청소해 주셨고, 무료 자전거 대여와 하노이 리무진 버스 예약 도움도 받을 수 있었습니다. 주문식 조식도 맛있었고, 일요일에는 뷔페로 운영되었습니다. 아담한 수영장도 있습니다. 시설은 약간 오래된 느낌이 있지만 전체적으로 깨끗하게 관리하려는 노력이 느껴졌습니다. 아쉬운 점도 조금 있었어요. 변기 물이 다소 약한 편 샤워부스(유리부스)가 조금 좁음 “마운틴뷰” 객실은 산 전체 전망이라기보다 산기슭 바로 아래 위치한 객실로, 산쪽 창문과 발코니가 있는 형태에요. 전체적으로는 조용한 자연 속에서 여유롭게 쉬기 좋은 숙소였고, 직원분들의 친절함 덕분에 편안하고 좋은 기억으로 남았습니다. 😊

The hotel has a great restaurant, relaxing facilities, in a clean and friendly environment. The design has a Thai flavour reflecting the local ethnic emphasis.

I didn't know that I had booked in the dome tent(glamping). You have to pay close attention which some booking sites are not very clear to point this out. . First night I spent in the tent but since there was rain earlier in the day inside was damp. I brought this to Nhi , the lady in the hotel reception which she went above and beyond to accommodate a room in the hotel and because of high demand the next day, she made a reservation in another hotel, but luckily a room became available. I had booked for 3 nights but I extended for another day. The location was great, a short walk tor bike ride to the center of town and a very pleasant bike ride about 5 minutes to beautiful villages nearby. I just fell in love with the villages that the staff recommended. I had the best experience so far wondering around the few villages and see villagers going about their lives. All the staff from reception to the staff at the restaurant during breakfast and dinner were great, ESPECIALLY *** which was very polite, professional and pleasant. I dined at the restaurant 3 times, once a free dinner voucher by the management. The food at breakfast and dinner were great, I had great meals but one of the best sea food dishes that I ever had anywhere was grilled fish which was amazing and I highly recommend it. It was around $10 US which would probably be around $50 in the US. I wanted to stay in Mai Chau Eco lodge which were booked, but after finding the place while I was bike riding, I found out that it was kind of remote from town and I'm glad that I chose Mai Chau lodge which was in the perfect location.
