The place to be in PE

We will never use Agoda EVER again!! Nor will anyone we communicate with use them either. We are telling everyone we know to avoid them at all cost. They refused to give us a VAT invoice which is legally required by law so we lost many dollars on our stay and many hours of our time as they continued to refuse to HELP US AT ALL!!!!! Only book your reservation directly with hotels never use AGODA. You will be unhappy. Agoda only uses AI and will not let you through to a human. Very frystratubg, They basically were inferring that we should go to he!! because they do not offer any assistance at all. Booking was a big fiasco and cost was not so good. They will disappoint you. Submitted by a very disgruntled client.
