Dated clean cheap accommodation, no complaints

It wasn’t terrible, however I would not recommend to anyone unless it was the only choice ! In my experience, If you have to go to the hotel across the road to check in, it’s never up to scratch 2star at best

The location is spot on, making it easy to get around. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with hot water and good amenities adding to the comfort. Staff were friendly and helpful, contributing to a pleasant stay. The facilities met expectations.

Customer service soon rude Room was dirty and the smell was disgusting We went out and bought Glen 20 and disinfectant wipes. Towels were rags stained and holes.. We were booked for 2 nights No refunds for cancellations Tea and long life milk out of date You pay money for accomodation don't expect to have to clean it before you would even take your bags inside I would recommend not to stay here The shower had mould growing up the walls and used soap left from last occupant ITS CHEAP AND NASTY Can't believe they are still in business There was so much wrong too much to list. There was a smoke alarm and of course it didn't work.

within seconds of booking, I realised that I already had booked another hotel on same dates. During a month, long vacation in Australia and visiting many cities for a couple of days each. I reached out to the property within a moment, but nobody ever responded. This property does not communicate even in urgency. I send them several messages within one second, that by mistake, I book be Hotel, but they took 100 percent of my money and never ever responded. Agoda Staff was also not helpful in assisting with this issue that property, Manager does not communicate at all?
